No special handling equipment is needed. In fact SSS makes efficient use of the existing lift truck fleet with the following valuable features:

• Remote Operation

Operates remotely via RF control with no external power source, i.e. simultaneous operation of the SSS and the operator.

• On-board Battery

Comes with alternative on-board maintenance-free battery that allows full shift operations or quick change for round-the-clock operation.

• Re-charging

The control module of SSS wills monitors and indicate when charging is needed. Special chargers are included with every set of on-board power batteries.

• Safety Lock

The SSS comes with a patented safety lock that ensures it is secured to the forklift when picked up and transported to another rail channel.
