Picking is made independent of the order tote - into a collection funnel for light products that can be dropped.  

The Pick to Bucket workstation was designed for reaching very high picking rates. The combination of Pick by Light and Put to Light, as well as an intermediate storage allow both hands of operators to be free for picking, which results in very efficient and fast handling.

Thanks to paperless picking, the use of lists and the accomplishment of any steps connected to searching and identifying articles are no longer necessary. Allocation of articles to their picking location is absolutely clear.

Handling of orders is extremely efficient as operators pick articles into a slot, which passes items to the order tote only when all articles belonging to one order are completely picked. Special monitoring devices check the quantity of articles and their assignment to the order. If necessary, you can poll an error remediation process.
