The Forklift Championship
Schaefer Systems International was proud to supply the rack for this annual event which was held at the Safety In Action and Melbourne Materials Handling Trade show.
10,290 visitors from Australia and overseas attended the show and were keen to glimpse the next wave of developments and technology from leading manufacturers and suppliers.
The National Forklift Championships event was organized by the Supply Chain & Logistics Association of Australia ( SCLAA),. This feature event gave visitors the opportunity to see operators drive through a negotiated course to test their hand-eye co-ordination and skills which are aligned to the national load shifting standards for high risk plant.
There were 19 finalists from around Australia coming from Western Australia Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.
The Champions for this year are: Mark Gray and Anita Maliu both from Woolworths.
