Schaefer Systems International participated in CeMAT India 2009

Schaefer Systems International successfully made its presence in CeMAT India 2009 at Bombay Exhibition Centre, India, in December. The 4-days event focused on showcasing the latest technologies and solutions that material handling and intra-logistics companies provide on worldwide basis.

As the top system supplier in material handling industry, SSI Schaefer joined the show with its A – Frame Unit, a automated picking system (APS) which brings together all articles from individual orders – with flexibility and at highest throughput rates. Other products including Pick By Light system were also demonstrated during the exhibition.

On top of the products demonstration, Mr. Carsten Spiegelberg, Director of Sales in Systems & Automation from SSI Schaefer also talked about the “Modern Split Case Order Picking Systems” during the post lunch session. Over 200 customers attended the seminar, the overall response was good with potential business opportunities made.
