SSI SCHAEFER Reveals Latest Innovations at MHE 2009
Despite the recession, SSI SCHAEFER Middle East will be presenting some surprises to the market at the coming Material Handling Exhibition (MHE) 2009, held from 31 May – 2 June 2009 at the International Convention and Exhibition Center Dubai. The largest material handling supplier will be revealing its latest innovations over a well-designed area of 84 square meters, specifically at booth MH914.
Organized by Messe Frankfurt, MHE had been the premier show for Materials Handling industry in the region, and SSI SCHAEFER Middle East has been a major exhibitor since its inception in 2001.
The MHE 2009 show will be the main platform for SSI SCHAEFER to showcase its latest intra-logistics technologies, and keep its many clients in the Middle east and Africa region informed of the most updated industry trends. Besides the proven Schaefer Satellite System and the fully automated Pemat single piece order picking module, the company will also be launching the brand new “I-Pick” piece picking system which is highly cost-effective and versatile.
Following the acquisition of the European software provider Salomon Automation, SSI SCHAEFER Middle East will also be introducing its new standalone Warehouse Management Software system – WAMAS.
“Despite the current economic down, we are expecting overwhelming responses for the coming exhibition,” professed Mr. Geoff Wheatley, Regional Director of SSI SCHAEFER Middle East.
“The latest WAMAS logistics software and automated order-picking systems will catch the attention of customers who are looking at long-term growth and operational efficiency.”
